2) Procedures for Transferring Stock Gifts
To transfer stock shares to Delaware Futures account, the donor’s broker should be instructed as follows:
The shares should be transferred to:

Merrill Lynch Account Number: 753-07141

It is important that the donor’s broker promptly contact Delaware Futures that a transfer is being initiated along with:
1. The name of the security being transferred,
2. The expected number of shares and/or value, and
3. The date the donor has placed the transfer order.
The donor’s date of gift, for income tax valuation, is established when the stock is received into Delaware Futures account at Merrill Lynch.


3) To transfer cash to Delaware Futures, all cash should be wired as follows:
